Aerolíneas Plus Miles Accumulation with BookingCars.com

1) Scope and validity

1.1. The Aerolíneas Plus miles accumulation benefit applies to prepaid reservations made on BookingCars.com and effectively used by the reservation holder.

1.2. Valid for purchases made from October 8, 2025, through June 30, 2026, inclusive. BookingCars may modify, suspend, or terminate this benefit at any time, without affecting reservations already confirmed under these conditions.

2) Elegibility

2.1. Only individual members of the Aerolíneas Plus loyalty program with an active account are eligible.

2.2. To earn miles, the member’s account must have been created prior to making the reservation. Additionally, before completing the purchase, the member must provide their Aerolíneas Plus membership number and national ID (DNI). If the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or omitted at the time of purchase, miles will not be credited.

2.3. The benefit is personal, non-transferable, and applies per reservation.

2.4. The miles credited through BookingCars do not modify or extend the expiration date of existing miles in the member’s account.

Miles expiration in the Aerolíneas Plus program is only extended for three (3) years when the member redeems miles for a ticket or earns miles by flying with Aerolíneas Argentinas or associated airlines.

Miles credited through partners (such as BookingCars) do not extend expiration dates.

3) Accumulation mechanism

3.1. Conversion: 1 (one) mile is earned for every 1 (one) U.S. dollar (USD) effectively paid to BookingCars.

3.2. Payments in USD: Accumulation is calculated based on the USD amount paid as the prepaid rate.

3.3. Payments in ARS – Foreign transactions: The amount paid will be converted to USD at the Banco de la Nación Argentina (BNA) selling rate applicable at the time of payment to determine the number of miles to be credited.

• Exclusions: Accumulation does not apply to ARCA withholdings, Income Tax, or other similar taxes applicable to foreign currency transactions.

3.4. Payments in ARS – Domestic transactions (Argentina): When payment is made in Argentine pesos for services contracted within the country, accumulation will be calculated based on the amount effectively paid to BookingCars in ARS, converted to USD at the BNA selling rate applicable at the time of payment.

3.5. Other excluded items: In all cases, accumulation does not apply to airport fees, optional insurance, fuel, tolls, security deposits, one-way fees, or any additional services contracted and/or paid directly at the destination with the rental company.

3.6. The benefit does not apply to reservation extensions made directly with the rental company.

4) Miles accreditation

4.1. Miles will be credited within thirty (30) calendar days after verification that the reservation was effectively used (picked up on the scheduled date and not canceled), which may require confirmation from the rental company.

4.2. Credit will be applied to the Aerolíneas Plus account provided at the time of purchase.

4.3. Crediting miles does not modify or extend the expiration date of miles already in the member’s account, which remain subject to the Aerolíneas Plus Terms and Conditions.

5) Ineligible cases

5.1. No-shows, total or partial cancellations, unpaid or unused reservations, chargebacks, fraud, or non-compliance with rental requirements at the destination do not generate miles.

5.2. Modifications that reduce the total amount may adjust or deduct miles. Total or partial refunds authorize the deduction of previously credited miles.

6) Claims for missing miles

6.1. If after thirty (30) days from the vehicle’s return the miles do not appear as credited, the member may file a claim within ninety (90) days following the return date.

6.2. To do so, the member must write to [[email protected]] with the subject line “BookingCars Miles Credit” and attach:

• BookingCars reservation number and voucher;

• Invoice/receipt of the prepaid purchase;

• Full name and Aerolíneas Plus membership number.

6.3. Claim resolution may require validation with the rental company and/or Aerolíneas Argentinas.

7) Mileage program conditions

7.1. The generation, use, redemption, and validity of miles are governed by the Aerolíneas Plus Terms and Conditions. BookingCars is not responsible for the administration of the program, its rules, changes, or redemption availability.

8) Personal data

8.1. For the purpose of crediting miles, BookingCars may share necessary data (name, surname, membership number, reservation details, and amounts) with Aerolíneas Argentinas. Data processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the BookingCars Privacy Policy.

9) Miscellaneous

9.1. BookingCars may request additional documentation to validate the purchase and use of the reservation.

9.2. In the event of an input or crediting error, BookingCars may correct, credit, or debit miles as appropriate.

9.3. Participation in this benefit implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
